Schedule of live demonstrations at Open Studios
Please note that our schedule is subject to change.
Things to keep in mind:
- First come, first serve.
- Note that studios have a maximum number of people (including children) to provide safe standing room. Adults must accompany their children and be watchful of them around our artwork, tools, and equipment.
- Artists shall not be responsible for any injuries incurred by guests.
- Demonstrations are for the artists to briefly show their processes to you. Please respect the limits stated here for everyone's comfort and safety. This will avoid putting the demonstrating artist in the awkward position of having to stop a demonstration to enforce limits.
- If you can see that a demonstration is full, just circle back after it's over; we are here all day and are happy to chat with you and answer your questions!

For my demonstration, I'll run some greeting cards on the big Golding Jobber 7: a noisy, clanking, Victorian-looking beast of a press. I'll set up the form and tell you about how these machines were used back in the day. Then we'll make a few cards that you can take with you.
